I was driving by the West Chester Church of the Nazarene on Tylersville Road Earlier today with a buyer client in my van between looking at homes. As we were driving down Tylersville Rd past the Church we saw an amazing thing going on. The local fire dept ladder truck was set up spraying a large crowd of people, children and adults alike in the hot summer late afternoon in the church front yard. I could only get this close without getting wet myself. Besides we were on our way to see a couple more homes. 
We looked at 5 homes Sunday afternoon and one church. My buyer put an offer in on a home we looked at in Mason Ohio. We are still in the negotiating stages. Everything should turn out just fine.

That was a great sight, indeed! Lot's of fun! My son, Emmanuel, and I found it quite a pleasant interlude albeit for a short period. Of course, we had to finish the business of the day. Gary is a great Buyer's Agent.
