I was out with a new buyer the other day looking at condo's in Warren County. What a great photo. You would guess this was taken in Florida. But it is actually a scene from the side of the lake in Sunrise Landing.
What a pretty setting. It's hard to imagine you could have that in your side, or back yard all the time. WOW!
These condos range in price from $150's to the $200's. Single family homes are priced from $190's to the low to mid $200's. Many of these homes have different amenities based on the actual location. Therefor the HOA (home owners association) fees will vary from property to property.
Most of the HOA fees are around $275 - $300 per month. That includes the use of the pool, landscaping, professional management, association dues, snow removal and in some cases the use of the lake. If you are a condo owner your hazard insurance is included.
It's like being on vacation year round.
