It won't be long and we will be down at Butler's buying our flowers for the patio garden. Then it will be time to till the garden and make way for our vegy plants. It seems like just a couple of weeks ago we were shoveling snow.
This is a great time to consider buying a home. If this is your first home to own for at least three years, you will qualify for up to $8,000.00 tax credit from the US government. Next Wednesday I will be learning how to help you take advantage of these funds and be able to use for part of your down payment.
The Federal Government is not totally clear on how this is all going to work yet. We are all learning as we go along. I keep my ears and my eyes open and continually ask the people with the answers what is next? When they tell me then I will be able to pass the good news on to everyone I am in contact with.
