This really puts me into the spring mood. Not only has Easter passed by, we have had to deal with some adverse weather lately. This photo was taken on the grounds of a condo property. What a beautiful view from the deck or balcony.
I took this photo four weeks ago. The media keeps saying the market is so bad, yet I have 4 new sales in the past 3 weeks and working on 3 - 4 more in the next couple of weeks.
I'm not bragging...much. However my point is that the market is not as bad as some people make it out to be. Interest rates are at an all time low, the Federal Government is offering up to an $8,000 tax credit to first time home buyers (FREE Money) and there are plenty of great deals to be bought if you just try. And you don't have to try very hard. Real Estate is everywhere as are the good deals.
Don't wait till Mid October to make the decision to buy. Your timing for the tax Credit will expire on October 30th. So the best time to buy is right now.
