I have been helping a lot of folks that are underwater with their mortgage. What happens is they have been laid off from their job, can't get work and fall three, four and five months behind with their mortgage. The bank wants their money or they threaten to take the house back through foreclosure proceedings.
Here is where my expertise comes in. I will list their home, sell it to a buyer within a couple of weeks and the company I partner with, Loss Reductions Associates, LLC will then negotiate a short payoff. That is where the bank will accept less than what is owed and forgive the rest.
These folks will then need to find someplace to live for a while and move.
This character is advertising the apartments at McCaulley Crossings apartments. They are offering specials as low as $99.00 first months rent to get you to sign up. However, you may want to do some investigation before you sign up. Some of the reviews are not all that good.
Of course if you can purchase a home that is the best recommendation I can offer. If you are one of the unfortunates that suffered through a short sale and need to rent then do your investigation.
