Summer is gone. We are very grateful for the extensive garden this year. 50 tomato plants, 50 pepper plants, beans, zucchini, squash, carrots, onions, lettuce, spinach and sun flowers. Everything I planted was started by seed. No plants were purchased. We have a lot of tomatoes and peppers that was dehydrated and ready to grind and use in powder form. I am especially fond of my "Fresh Heat" hot pepper powder that I will be producing soon.
I did end up with a few pepper plants that got a late start and didn't make it to the garden. Now it is getting too cold to leave outside. What can I do?
