How about getting a raise at Work? We can help!

Thats right! Everyone wants to make more money...so do I. There are a couple of ways to do that.

1. Go to your boss and ask if they can give you a raise. You may be successful. Maybe not. You'll not find out unless you try.

2. Buy a house and take advantage of all the tax benefits possible.

Now I not an accountant or tax prepairer so I suggest you consult one for all the details. But you can be assured one thing. Being a home owner vs. a tenant carries many more advantages even in today economy.

Here is a short video inviting to my class at University of Cincinnati called..."The Steps to HomeOwnership".

It begins this Tuesday evening April 12, 2011 at 6:30 pm at the main campus. It will be followed up with 4 more classes all on consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 9:00pm. I guarantee you will walk away scratching your head saying something like "WOW I thought I knew what to do from when I bought my first home 5 years ago. I really didn't know anything. A lot has changed."
