Gary & Ted are the two remaining original members of BlueStone Ivory.
Ted is grandpa to little Ava, married to Jo and owner of 6 chihuahua puppies.

His internship was in Los Angeles California where his story gets very interesting. He cared for the pets of some very famous people...I will let Dr Tim tell us all about it.
Dr Tim and Ted have a lot in common too. They both play guitar...Tim humors himself with his guitar, Ted plays professionally and both are avid golfers. Dr Tim says he will play golf every chance he can. Ted has always played golf too.
We should talk about Tim and Ted teaming up together for the Dragonfly Foundation golf tournament coming up on Monday May 14th. Maybe the Rock & Roll Real Estate Hour can sponsor them?

Santa Claus was there with Gary and the whole group and brought gifts for all the kids. Of coarse Gary had to take this opportunity to chat with Santa briefly before he climbed back up on the roof and took off back to the North Pole to prepare for his Christmas run.

I love taking photos of old barns, trains, bridges and landscaping...not just houses.
Everywhere I go you will find me with my Nikon D-70. There are better camera's with many more bells and whistles...but my D-70 works great for me and it is paid for.
My other camera is a Panasonic DMC-ZS3. This little charmer fits in the palm of my hand yet does a few tasks my D-70 cannot do. The Panasonic is a basic point and shoot with very few user settings. I primarily leave it set on Auto, however the wide angle lens aspect along with the quality of High Definition is helpful when shooting my house photos. One of my pet peeves are MLS (Multiple Listing Service) home photos of a corner, door or window. Not the whole room. When shooting home photos without a wide angle lens that is the best you can get. Realtors should invest in the proper equipment of hire a professional photographer to take their home photos correctly.
One additional huge benefit of the Panasonic is that it will shoot Hi Def video as well as photos. I find this function extremely beneficial. This is my camera of choice to shoot all my property video tours.
Below is an example of the quality video this camera is able to provide. Not to mention this home is an excellent deal right now.
