Things are getting better. If you don't believe everything the media is saying about the market...and if the buyers don't buy into the myth that real estate is a bad investment. Everything will be great.
I just experienced 2 great deals this past week. I listed a nice home downtown Sharonville. Not a perfect home but in very, very good condition. The location was great and we priced it right. It sold in 1 week for what the seller was hoping for.
I listed a great home in Madeira. Shows immaculate, priced it right and it sold in 2 days for more than the asking price. What happened here is we had three offers come in at once. The seller had a bidding war happening and the highest (smartest) buyer won. I think the smartest party was the seller. They could have asked more money...but they would still be for sale. They didn't want that.
Enough about business...here are some photos I especially like. I have driven by this property on several occasions and the other day the lighting was right, the weather was beautiful, therefore camera in hand I stopped and shot it up. What do you think of this home? It is located on Princeton Rd in Liberty Township. If anyone has information about this property I would be interested to know.
